Tasting notes:
Oak aged for eight years, tawny-hued, excellent richness and ‘rancio’ complexity.
The aroma of anjelica and cherries is rounded off by caramel, malt and toffee. Hints of oak are followed by dried prunes, dates and spice.
Smooth sweet entry followed by caramel, toffee and Macintosh lolly. Dried apricots and spice linger, with a memorable finish.
Blue vein or Edam cheese on your favorite Cracker.
