Boysenberries and dark cherry chocolate open up to toasty oak and spicy tannins.
Generous soft mouthfeel on entry, then an explosion of dark berry fruits which develops into warm red licorice. The wine has good structure and weight with spicy tannins an a long dry finish.
Braised venison hock- slow cooked with creamy mash of Kumara/potato/parsnip and fresh green beans.
