Shipwreck Bay Merlot/Cabernet 2005

This wine is balanced and softened with cinnamon and nutmeg aromatics which make this wine warm and enjoyable.

A sweet smell of Plums, bramble and prunes, is integrated with Vanilla, liquorice and spice and freshened off with hints of tobacco and mint.

Dark cherries and strawberries are enriched by the taste of rich dark chocolate and tannins, followed by a warming spice.

Warm inviting home cooked casseroles, summer BBQ steak and chicken or Spaghetti Bolognaise topped with fresh parmesan.
