Okahu Sparkling Rose

was slowly fermented at cool temperatures to retain fresh fruity flavours.
Alive with summer red berries and Quavas with just a hint of sweetness, this delightful bubbly is great for all season celebrations or fabulous as an aperitif.

Aroma

Hints of orange blossom lead to strawberry, raspberry and tropical fruit floral notes.

Palate

A fresh crisp burst of Strawberry and tropical fruit sorbet. The wine is light and effervescent, best served chilled.

Food Match

Nibbles on the Patio, a fresh lamb steak or Tai style mussels.
