Don De Monte Oloroso Sherry

Named after Monte (not the full Monty!)Pawa a reliable vineyard worker and storeperson. Since bottling it has now seen some bottle ageing of eight years making the total blend now over 16 years old.

Aroma

An explosion of seductive and complex aromatics- creamy vanillan, butterscotch, citrus blossom and nutty aldehydes dominate.

Palate

Rich palate depth with an excellent balance of residual sweetness, spirit heat and velvety oak tannin. There is a delicious harmony and maturity of flavours in this fortified which has intensified yearly and will continue to develop for at least another 5 years.

Food Match

Enjoy pre dinner with dried fruits and nuts, or with pate Maison.
